From QR to throne room.
Tickets are paid by UPI straight to the Collective, and every payment is checked by a person before a ticket is issued. Here’s the whole journey.

Pay by UPI
You’ll see our UPI QR with the exact amount. Pay from any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank’s app.

Upload the payment screenshot and type in the transaction ID / UTR from your app. Then hit Finish payment.

We verify
Our team matches your transaction ID to the received payment. Your seats stay held while we check, and the page updates by itself.

Tickets & payment
By direct UPI transfer to the Collective. After checkout you’ll see our QR and the exact amount. Pay it, then upload the screenshot and transaction ID on the same page.
You have 30 minutes to pay and upload your proof. Once uploaded, your seats stay held until our team verifies the payment.
Open the payment in your UPI app’s history. It’s usually a 12-digit number labelled UTR, UPI Ref No. or Transaction ID.
We verify as quickly as we can — often within a few hours. Your order page updates by itself, and your tickets are emailed the moment it’s approved.
Pay the exact amount shown. If it doesn’t match, verification will be declined and we’ll be in touch about a refund of what you sent.
Some of our partners share codes. Enter one at checkout — some give a discount, some simply credit the partner who brought you in. Either way, the price you see is the price you pay.
Entry
The QR code on your ticket — from the email, your order page, a screenshot or a print-out. Keep it private: each code admits one person, once.
Each ticket has its own QR. Forward or screenshot one per person so you don’t have to arrive together.
Use “Find my tickets” on the contact page with your email and order reference — we’ll send a secure link to the same inbox.
Refunds & changes
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, or a payment couldn’t be matched to an order. See the refund policy for details.
You’ll get an email with the reason and your held seats are released. If you did pay, reply with your order reference and transaction ID and we’ll sort it out.
